You can now filter your tasks with the new "Created by" filter. This filter allows you to see all the tasks created by a specific user.
With this release we've added new API endpoints for project-templates and project-journal entries.
API endpoint for project templates
With the new API endpoint, projects can be created directly with an existing project template. More information can be found here: https://developer.teamgridapp.com/reference#projecttemplates
API endpoint for project-journal entries
With this new endpoint, booking entries can be written, edited and read out directly in the booking journal of a project. More information can be found here: https://developer.teamgridapp.com/reference#journalentries
And last but not least an enhancement on the stopTracking method:
Specifying userId on stopTracking
We've added a new optional parameter to the stopTracking method to stop the tracking for a specific user. More information can be found here: https://developer.teamgridapp.com/reference#tasks_idstoptracking
In TeamGrid you can create individual fields for your tasks, projects and contacts. With these fields it is possible for you to store additional information on tasks, projects and contacts in a structured manner.
With today's release, we have made sure that URLs that are entered in an custom field are clickable. In addition, you can now simply copy URLs to the clipboard with a click.

Fixed a bug that prevented the new TeamGrid Task Filter from being used in the Completed Tasks view.
In this new version of TeamGrid, we have made it easier for you to manage project sharing for your team members. For this purpose, you will find the new "Shared projects" panel in the "User" area of your TeamGrid settings. Here you can see which projects a user has access to. You can also grant or remove project-access.
In the TeamGrid settings in the Projects App section, you can now define which team members should have access to newly created projects by default. Previously, a new project was always shared for the entire team by default. This new setting option saves you time during the project creation if you attach importance to special sharing settings.
In the TeamGrid settings you can activate notifications that inform you when a task has been assigned to you. These notifications were also sent when a task was assigned to a group in which you are a member. From now on you can choose in the notification settings whether you want to be notified - or not - when a new task has been assigned to a group.
After we introduced the new TeamGrid task filter a few days ago in the task app, it is now also available in the project detail view.
The new TeamGrid task filter makes it possible to find tasks even faster. The filter is very flexible due to the possibility of using several very individual filter criteria. Numerous available operators ensure that even complex filter rules can be applied.
Note: To use the new task filter, you have to activate it in the TeamGrid Labs.
We are pleased to provide the new TeamGrid task filter in the TeamGrid Labs for testing. The new task filter is a considerable extension compared to the old task filter and now offers the possibility to cover complex filter scenarios. There are now numerous operators available like e.g. contains, does not contain, starts with, ends with. You can also combine several filter logics. The new filter also allows you to access the values of a TeamGrid custom field.
To activate the new filter, go to the TeamGrid settings and activate the experimental function "Task filter" in the labs. Once you have done this, the new filter will appear in the Tasks app in the upper left corner.
We would be very grateful for your feedback.
Recently it has happened that the order of the task cards was not calculated correctly when moving a task. So you moved a task and it jumped to a different position than the one you chose. With this release we have fixed this bug.
