The motivation for this idea comes from the need for more granular info for billing. Specifically, I'd like to see "Unbilled", "Ready to bill", and "Billed" states. I imagine some folks would also like to see "Paid", "Late", etc, but some of those things are likely better handled by an invoicing software.

The hope is actually to get TeamGrid talking to an invoicing software (or, for the time being, a billing script that determines with TeamGrid's API which items in the last two weeks are ready to be billed).
